This week, the RED team has been losing terribly to BLU. All of them have tried everything---bribing, training, patrols, Spy even gave multiple speeches, not like any of them worked. And so? He just...gave up. Cloaked earlier than everyone else left, tried harder and harder to be better than the opposing team, only to die trying again and again.

And so, this sparked ideas amongst the more smarter and saner mercs, Spy not included because his brain is so fried. So, Medic came to a verdict.

    Demonic summoning.

Some---Scout, Pyro, and Demoman---were with it, the others---Engineer, Heavy, Sniper, Spy---? They were against it. Soldier was going to he against it before asking the German doctor. "Well, will this demon be a freeborn American just like the rest of us?" Medic paused, thinking about how he should answer so he might get another follower.* "Mm...ja, he will." Soldier smiled his toothy grin. "Then let's summon this demon so it can witness the beautiful country of American! Amen!"

Sniper raised an eyebrow. "How do you know it'll be a man?" The Australian asked curiously. Medic shrugged. "Zhere are vays you can call on specifics vis zhese zhings, Herr Sniper. I obviously know what I'm doing." The German said proudly as he began setting down the candles. All the while, he leaned over to Archimedes and whispered: "No I don't."

Engineer shook his head, slightly concerned for himself and the wellbeing of the base and the team. "I dunno if this is a good idea, partner. You sure 'bout this?" "Of course I am! I've read through the book plenty!" Scout spoke up. "Where the hell did you even get a demon summoning book?" Medic chuckles. "Ah, mein dear fruend, you never know vhat people have buried under yesrs of clutter." That didn't answer Scout's question, obviously.

Though, before Scout could continue, Medic was already using red paint---or was it blood?---to draw a pentagram. "Speaking of book, could you hand me zhat?" Medic requests to really anyone as he light the candles, Archimedes perched on his shoulder. Pyro, excited, really, bounced over and grabbed the leatherbound boom into the Germans hands. He, Medic, flipped it open, going through a few pages while looking down his nose into the book.

"Hm...vhere is it...aha! Here we are..." Slowly, he begins to sound out the incantations. "Oh, rpo'id sdo'g fo' e'kh Do'iv, rpo'ih le'iben ya'c ve'z dne's sle'ibe tu'ko fo' u'za tsaqu'ini'f sli'ved!" His voice booms in demonic tongue. For a second, nothing happens. Scout rubs his temple under his cap. "Welp, guess it was all a--" and at the last minute, the pentagram began to glow, ink pooling in the middle as a figure slowly rose.

The man, a demon, floated a few inches off the griund, back arched and face to the ceiling as his eyes glowed while before thet turned to their usual color and he let out a gasp, blinking a few times. The ink curled around him slowly set him down on his feet, his tail flicking behind him as he looks around. "Where the hell...what...WHERE AM I?" He screeches.

Medic holds up his gloved hands. "Och, easy now, ja? No need to be afraid, mein fruend." His eyes trail over the demonic features. "How fascinating!"

And just at the last second? Spy walked in. And seeing the demon? He couldn't tell if he was intimidated, angry, or just pure confused.
