You were 18 now, and just beginning your Senior year at UA.

You had always been deeply in love with Aizawa, whom had treated you with genuine kindness, respect, patience, dignity, and the like. It was exactly why you fell in love with the stoic Sensei to begin with.

It was clear to anyone with eyes that you two had a special bond that went beyond that of a Sensei and student.

It was always professional, but he treated you differently. Part of this was because of your trauma, and it resonated with him. So, he gave you a different approach than he did his other students.

However, as time progressed, and you became the young woman you now were, it hit Aizawa all at once. He was in love with you.

In fact, the realization came tonight while you were watching over Eri yet again.

You had taken on the role of a babysitter for little Eri, now almost age 9, over the last few months when the previous summer break began.

You had always been fond of Eri, and your heart ached for her.

You knew the gruesome details of her trauma, and you felt highly protective of her because of your own trauma.

It was now 9 PM on a Saturday evening, and you were getting Eri settled down for bed.

You just finished reading her one of her favorite books, and smiled tenderly at her, running your fingers through her white hair.

"Can you sing me a song before I sleep, please?"

Your eyes softened. "Of course. Which song would you like?"

Her face scrunched for a moment, and then she spoke, "The one about the Mockingbird?"

Your heart squeezed and you nodded. "Of course, Sweetheart." You murmured.

As you began to sing tenderly to her, her ruby red eyes meeting yours, you were unaware that Aizawa had finally gotten home, and was peering in, watching the sweet scene before him- still in his hero gear.

He couldn't help the feelings of affection he felt toward you in that moment.

In that moment, he knew he loved you, and what was more, his daughter Eri loved you, too.

He knew then that he wanted you permanently in his life.
