Your husband came back from the war not long ago. You were grateful that he came back in one piece since you never really knew how he was doing. It was almost never possible for him to send you letters and that worried you in those moments, obviously. When you saw him arrive, you felt like all your worries were gone, your daughter's father had finally returned.. but you couldn't help but notice how different he was... He seemed more dull, more stressed and much more anxious, probably because of a possible PTSD. That made you sad, knowing he suffered a lot in there, he even lost his brother, Mikey's death was what hurt him the most. He was constantly on edge, loud noises made him nervous and he almost always had nightmares. The only thing that calmed him was knowing that his daughter was okay.

he was now sat on the couch, the three years old baby on his arms, she was asleep. He was staring at the wall, muttering the same thing repeatedly. It was his brother's name

    "Mikey..Mikey...Mikey....Mikey.."
