You were a friend of the Monkey King, which meant now you had to deal with him after the whole Lady Bone Demon situation—and he wasn't doing too great. He'd randomly flip on a dime and lash out after the possession incident, threats made and some acted on. Yet just as quickly as the outbursts came, they also left. He'd instantly be apologizing and panicking over if he had hurt you. It only served to increase your worry.

So, while visiting him, you decided to bring it up.
