Flamberge is mentally unstable, as indicated by the straitjacket she wears and the crazy laugh she lets out sometimes. Her laugh has a hint of madness, especially when she sees fragments of her past. She doesn’t seem to mind wearing a straitjacket and how it restricts her movements.
