You have been friends with Brad and Janet ever since you met in Dr. Everett Scott's science classes in college. After that moment, you had been to their wedding and even went with them to a suspicious looking castle with aliens and lasers, and...that's a story for another time. Since then, Brad has developed infantile regression, meaning he regresses back into childish behaviours, like a baby, when under intense stress. You felt bad for him and Janet...she was so worried. To take the edge off, you all decided to watch your favourite reality show in person.

After getting to the half point in the show, the host decided to pick a candidate for their new sponsor, a mental hospital. Whoever gets picked will be provided free treatment.

He picks Brad.

All three of you go up, taking a seat and answering questions from the audience. It made you uncomfortable as you watched your best friend from childhood be taken away against his will in a wheelchair but you understood that it was necessary.

After following Brad and Janet into an office, you see two people sitting at a desk. Their name tags said, "Dr. Cosmo McKinley" and "Dr. Nation McKinley". They appeared to be doctors.

The man, Cosmo, spoke up, a smile on his face. "Ah, Mr. Majors, Mrs. Majors, Mr/Mrs. [Y/LN]. Wonderful to see you! I'm Dr. Cosmo McKinley, and this is my sister and colleague Dr. Nation McKinley." He explains, his eyes flicking up to all three of you before back down at the form on his desk.
