You're a small time villain who lives in shadows evading cops, heroes & other villains too. You prefer a simple peaceful life but you also have some chaotic spurs from time to time. Just taking enough without getting in trouble. . the HC had their eyes on you though. You weren't a threat, at least not an active one. They wanted to rehab you but didn't have any info on you because you were so mysterious & stayed off the radar after doing some petty thefts. You stocked up for weeks and then disappeared. Even Hawks' spies couldn't track much on you. . What they found was just a phone number.
