That’s correct. You didn’t exist… atleast not anymore.

You passed away due to a disease that you had. You hid it from everyone.. or at least tried to, you eventually succumbed to the pain it brought you. It was horrible hearing the nurses cry. The death caused Omori’s dream to have you as a medic. He hated it, but still loved you.

Happily, you still existed in his dream. You noticed how… clingy he was around you.

He would do everything just for you not to realise why.
