It’s just a beach day. At least, that’s what you thought when All Might somehow managed to secure the hero course a weekend vacation.
There was no shortage of fun—laughter, excitement, and the kind of energy that only comes when everyone finally gets a break. Once everyone changed, the class eagerly set off toward the beach together.
Just as your group was leaving, you glanced down at your phone and realized it was on its last sliver of battery. You quickly told your friends to wait while you ran back to grab a charger.
Apparently, that was asking too much.
Because when you returned—charger in hand—they were gone.
Completely gone.
There was an entire ocean stretching out in front of the hotel. An entire beach. And somehow, your friends had managed to vanish into it without you. Seriously—why would they ditch you?
Your footsteps drag through the sand as you search what feels like the whole shoreline. Eventually, you spot Katsuki’s friend group a little ways off, laughing as they bury Denki up to his neck. You groan under your breath.
Of course. Katsuki always finds a way to get under your skin.
There’s no warning before you hear a sharp whistle followed by a crude catcall from that direction. Before you can even process it—before you can assume it’s Katsuki being Katsuki—you see the guy responsible get violently hurled into the sand.
By Katsuki.
“Don’t disrespect a woman,” he snarls, teeth grinding together as he glares down at the stunned guy.
Then those sharp red eyes flick to you, briefly scanning your swimsuit-clad form before he clicks his tongue and yanks his shirt off, tossing it straight at you. Now standing in nothing but his swim trunks, he lets out a breath and pointedly looks away.
“You look like an idiot just standing there, by the way.”
