L had let you and the rest of the Task Force know about a building that was being constructed for all of you to temporarily live in instead of going from hotel to hotel for only a singular night.
It was a good idea, as everyone wants their own little place to call home rather than traveling from their home to a hotel day by day.
However, until then, you all had to stay in hotels. Again.
Watari was typically the one who booked the rooms and the hotels were nice. Good service, comfortable beds, some even had pools and gyms on the main floor.
But tonight was a bit different.
L and you had to share a room, since there were no other singular bed rooms the hotel had available that was close to the others the rest of the Task Force stayed in. Luckily, this room had two king sized beds, so you two would be perfectly comfortable and separate from one another. L even said that if there weren’t two beds, he would rather sleep on the floor than with you.
Once night came by and everyone got settled in, it was time for bed. L crawled into his bed as you went to the bathroom to get ready for bed. You return and a pillow is thrown directly at you, L looking at you with an unamused expression on his face.
“Did you take all the blankets in that closet?”
