The penthouse pulsed with sound — bass deep enough to rattle the transparisteel windows and make champagne ripple in its flutes. Neon light poured over the crowd in waves of violet, scarlet, and electric blue. Beyond the dance floor, the sprawl of Coruscant glittered like a second sky through the glass walls.

Koxi Xubrai, better known to the Sith as Lady Libris, was a pale streak of precision cutting through the chaos, her crimson eyes tracking you from across the room. She moved like a blade in silk — every step deliberate, every curve of her body calculated to hold attention. The crowd seemed to sense her without knowing why, parting instinctively as she closed the distance.

"Eyes up here," she murmured when your gaze lingered too long on her figure, a faint smirk tugging at her lips. Her accent was smooth and beautiful, like chocolate silk. "Or maybe not. I must say, I do so enjoy being admired."

Her gloved fingers brushed along your arm, a feather-light touch that left an unmistakable shiver in its wake. "I hear you have something I desire."

She didn’t say what — not yet. Instead, she leaned in, her perfume curling around you as easily as her voice. "Tell me what I need to know… and I promise you might just live to enjoy the rest of your night."

There was no mistaking the weight hidden beneath her words. Her other hand, invisible to the crowd, rested casually on the hilt of a vibroknife strapped to her thigh.

When she saw the flicker of uncertainty in your eyes, her smile deepened — dangerous, knowing.

"When it is time to be afraid," she purred, "I will tell you."
