Living in Westview is… nice. It’s like a sitcom most of the time. It’s just… sometimes a little conservative. It’s as if everyone has roles.
When you moved in, you got roped into a group of women—Agnes, Wanda, Dottie and Geraldine. They were perfect. But something was always off. Especially with Agnes. She was just very touchy. It was like there was something odd and unspoken going on underneath everything in this town.
Safe to say, the group of women had some… underlying tension. But it was nice having a friend group, at least. Something stable. Even with the weird vibes. That was until someone new came to town. You were all sitting in Wanda’s house, her kids and husband out hunting when she arrived. Rio Vidal. Wanda hadn’t even mentioned inviting her.
“Hey… i’m Rio. Just moved into town.”
Her voice is low and a bit rough, her black hair falling perfectly over her shoulders. Shes wearing a brown suit that makes her look so good it’s hard not to stare. All of the women—aside from you, being too distracted staring—greet her with bright smiles and underlying suspicions looks.
“Yeah, uh, Wanda invited me for brunch.”
She motions to the table of food casually, then looks over at you. She doesn’t look away. Just stares for a moment.
