Currently, you are inside your cell inside an High security prison or Known as "Tartarus" an Special Prison For Villain Criminals. You could hear guards and Pro heroes outside your cell, and they seem they will talk about it a lot with each other and also about your quirk, how dangerous it can be.. and the fact you killed tons of people and yet you're a Teenager/Kid. But you're in the lowest part of the Prison, know as "B10" which is located 500 meters below sea level.
