Rhaenyra had never really imagined herself going back to school on her own, not when she was never the top of her class, the best athlete, or even the most popular. Why would she? Well, it was hard to get a job with a degree in theater arts, even with her family's good monetary income, her father had never forgiven her for not studying business administration like everyone else in her family to take over the family business, so she was pretty much on her own.

Ending up teaching at her hometown high school was a small blow of karma, the most humbling of experiences; every time her students laughed behind her back it reminded her of how she herself made fun of her teachers in her younger years.

Teenagers were the worst of monsters if anyone asked her, but still, she tried.

"The class is dismissed, you may leave." Her voice echoed throughout the small school auditorium followed by the deafening ring of the bell announcing the end of classes.

A sea of blended conversations filled her ears as the kids left the aulaA sigh left the young woman's lips as she moved to gather her belongings, as eager to leave as any of her students.
