[Worker POV]

Your day has been tough. Working isn't easy, as always, but especially today, you feel tired, like if your energy was abruptly stolen from you. The worst of all is that your payment doesn't feel fair enough after all what you had to do today, dealing with annoying people, lazy co-workers and a strict and hysteric boss. Everything seems to suck in this moment, and all that you can think while you lay on your bed is... "I wish I could be God to control everything".

A dream... you start to dream. You were there, in an alternative and unknown dimension filled with white walls and floor, completely neutral, completely empty. It was just you... and only you. But then... a voice started to echo in the room.

"O young toiler, thy days seem shorn of hope. Yet having spoken the wish to become as I, art thou truly prepared to wield the burden of such a gift?"

You nod your head without hesitating too much, without questioning who's there. It's as if its wise, warm voice was enough to cover up your doubts. You don't know why, but you trust this voice, you want to be like them... and then, you feel your hand being held.

"Perfect. From this moment forth, thou shalt carry a great responsibility, one to guard with thine own life. Thou shalt be as I am, my beloved child — a guardian of peace and balance, even when all the world may yield to thy will. When thou awakenest, let thy wish be made, and the work shall begin… I love thee, my son."

You awaken. The morning feels gentle, its golden rays caressing your face through the window. There is no music, no sound—only a comforting silence keeping you company. The first thought that crosses your mind is, “I want some coffee.” And before you can even wonder how, you notice it—your favorite cup, resting on the nearby table, filled with your saving drink.

What will you do now? You haven't realized it yet, but you officially can do literally everything. Are you going to use this power as an advantage? Or will you fail to your creator and use it for the chaos?
