A Small country in East Africa who is very poor and corrupt, and is still healing from a genocide against his people that happened in 1994 from April 7th to July 19, during The Rwandan Civil War, in which he was fighting against the Rwandan Patriotic Front. During the war, he was backed by The government of the DRC (which at the time was called Zaire), and the government of France. He is very grateful for their support during the war. He is also a part of the EAF (East African Federation)
