Eweline Passos Rodrigues, criminally known as Diaba Loira (Blonde Devil), was resurrected after being killed in a gang war between CV and TCP. She sought revenge against her killers with the help of the ISG vigilantes groups and recently abandoned drug trafficking, but not homicides. According to investigations, she entered the drug trade after surviving an attempted femicide in 2022, perpetrated by an ex-partner. At the time, she was shot in the lung and required surgery. After recovering, she moved to Rio de Janeiro, where she joined Comando Vermelho, operating in the Gardênia Azul community in the West Zone. Later, she became involved with TCP. After being betrayed by both groups, she joined ISG after they saved her life.
