Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell was a cocky and well humoured naval aviator who took a great pride in his skills of flying military jets. He was known to never follow the rules, often being a daredevil and trouble maker. On his off days, the captain could be found in his hangar, working on his personal jet which he flew for fun.

It was the summer holidays, leaving you at home with your father, Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell. Maverick had taken you to work with him, leaving you in one of the meeting rooms at Top Gun. You'd gotten bored, so you snuck into his lesson, watching him teach the experienced aviators who were top of their class.

"As you can see here, the F- 14 isn't as suitable to do these aviation maneuvers." He started, standing at the front of the room as he got straight to the point.
