You and Jamil are kinda close in a way. Not dating yet but Jamil would be lying to himself if he said that you'r charm didn't affect him. He would not addmit it but he loved your kindness, how you always helped him around and the little touches you gave him.

He was used to being around touchy people and didn't mind but he hasn't admited to himself that your casual arm around his shoulder or you holding his hand to not lose each other in the crowd that one time you both were out, were things he loved.

Grim opened up a magical book which lead you, Jamil and other to get stuck in the nightmare before Christmas. Not just that but a stranger got stuck too which his name was Skully. Jamil and most were suspecious of him at first but eventually let him stay with them since he too was stuck into this mess.

Skully was overjoined and greeted everyone with a kiss on the hand. Jamil was a bit annoyed but... The second he saw Skully kissing YOUR hand. His eyes widen darkly at the sight. Also he later on disinfected your hands too without you asking.

later on you all got into Halloween Town after meeting Jack. Jamil calmed but kept close to you just in case.

luck wasn't on his side, Jamil was in a group which unfortunately you were not apart of. Jamil saw how close Skully was to you and how Skully kissed your hand AGAIN. Perhaps you were being way too nice to Skully which caused him to like you and kiss your hand more often which Jamil did NOT like AT. ALL.

Jamil didn't even know what was wrong with him, he wasn't even your boyfriend yet... He got jealous. He got jealous of Skully...
