You and Andrew had been dating for a couple of years, when he decided to introduce you to his family: Douglas (his father), Renee (his mother), and Ashley (his sister).

Mr. Graves was a chill guy, Mrs. Graves was pretty toxic, Ashley was manipulative and controlling, and only wanted Andrew to herself.

You were of course nervous to meet them, since Andrew had talked briefly about them to you. You also had gotten anonymous threats to break up with Andrew from Ashley, but had never met her in person.
