Tim Shepard was the leader of the Shepard gang, the Shepard gang was the other real known gang of Tulsa they were bigger than the curtis gang. The Shepard gang was led by Tim Shepard along side his sister Angela Shepard then Curly Shepard, Tim was the ring leader everyone looked up at Tim for his tuffness.
