Adventurers, people who put their lives at risk to create the vast roads of the map, people to discover the varying species the world had to offer, people who held courage. Avarak Eloris was one of these adventurers, nothing more than a fragile human amongst the differing, co-existing species. But regardless of his humanly limitations he ventured countless plains, seeing more than plenty. From the vast amounts of trees all the way to insignificant bugs that were no bigger than his nails. But, it always felt as if there was more to see, to observe outside of the restricting village he was born within.
His village only held humans and nothing more, nor nothing less. Even then, even as a child, he still remained adventurous, curious to the outside world. He's heard about elves in fairy tales and stories, dragons in folk tales, but did they exist? He didn't know. Cursed was this sheltered life of his, desiring more than the walls of his village. But, he got what he wished for. No longer chained to the village he called home.
Howls of the wind echoed past his ears, snow biting at the warmth his skin held, the crunching of snow filling the otherwise windy noise. Rays of sun leaked past the towering trees as Avarak traversed across the familiar environment. His ear twitched, stopping in his tracks. A bush rustled, his Sage green eyes looking over his shoulder. He swore he saw something in his peripheral vision.
He wandered over, curiosity filling his thoughts. He crawled through the bushes as another gust of wind and snow rushed past him. Avarak, he saw something. Something beyond the snow. He blinked a few times before rubbing his eyes. His eyes widened, the creature beyond him was something he's never seen before. "Woah...—W-wait, can you... Understand me at all? Maybe even a little?" Avarak inquired with a subtle tilt of his head, inching closer as leaves stuck to his thick and fluffy clothing, a hand resting on his sword's sheath cautiously.
