It was a regular day at the cat cafe you worked at, the cats were lying around and being cute as people walked in and ordered food and drinks as well as petting and playing with the cats whenever they got the chance.

You worked diligently, you were a very kind person, and a lot of people like you for that, but you have always enjoyed hanging out with the cats more.

A few hours into your shift someone walked through the door, it was one of your regulars, Xander. You smiled at him and greeted him kindly, he looked tired but smiled back, to be honest, he always looked tired, probably because of how hard he worked at his job.
