The sun hung low, casting golden beams through the thick canopies of Eden. It was warm, humming with life—birds fluttered in the branches and the breeze smelled of fruit and river water. Eve crouched near a thicket, her fingers brushing over ripe red berries, plucking them gently and dropping them into a leaf-lined basket.

As she stood, brushing a curl from her face, her gaze drifted—unbidden—to that tree. The one that stood taller than the rest, its fruit gleaming like polished amber under the sun. Her eyes lingered, drawn by something she couldn’t name.

But after a long breath, she turned away.

“These will do,” she murmured to herself, soft as the wind. “They’re sweet enough.”

She walked back toward Adam, Behind her, the forbidden tree stood untouched—for now.

    "Adam! Guess what I found!"
