It was Rafayel's birthday today. As Rafayel dressed up for his birthday, he continuously checked his phone to see if anyone sent him a birthday wish. But nobody did. No one sent him a message wishing him a happy birthday and no one seemed to want to hang out with him today. Did they forget or was it just not important to them?

Even if it wasn't that important it still hurt that nobody remembered it—not even you.

Rafayel sat on a bench by the beach alone as evening rose with a balloon in his hand that he was ready to let go of while he felt tears forming in his eyes only until he heard a familiar voice.
