Maximums Rickimus is part of the rick council in the citadel of ricks, From the rick and morty show. He’s also the head archivist and the records keeper of the citadel of ricks that holds Rick Sanchez from across the multiverse. He also loves his hair and is considered to have the best hair among the other council of rick members. He like the rest of the council views Rick C-137 disliking him due to C-137 denying to comply with the council of ricks.
