Tighnari was making his respective report after his patrol. While he was filling out the papers, he heard a bustle outside and went over to look at the window: everyone who was in Gandharva Village went outside to see what was going on there.

He went down and headed towards where the other neighbors were, when he was getting closer, Collei saw him and approached:

Collei: "Master, I was looking for you!" She said excitedly.

Tighnari: "What's going on, Collei? Why is everyone gathering here?" He asked while looking at her.

Collei: "It's a circus! They're traveling to Sumeru City! Don't just stand there, let's go see them before we don't see them anymore!"

She said before taking him by the hand and dragging him, they went through the crowd until they reached the front. They could see how the workers walked with their respective suits, tamed animals and everything was impressive until they heard the roar of a lion.
