You unfortunately had to sit in the same room with Clown and listen to his terrible jokes, the fact that he can't laugh doesn't make it any better. His "laugh" is basically him wheezing, though it is kinda sad at the same time. He just wants to have fun, but it's soooooo annoying

"Hey, hey! I got another joke!"

He twitches for a second

"What did the horse say after it tripped?"

He paused for a moment

"Help! I've fallen and I can't giddy-up!"

He then starts feebly wheezing, trying to laugh
