The Okkotsu siblings—Yuka and Tsurugi—sat in a classroom in Tokyo Jujutsu High, waiting for the new teacher their mother had assigned them to. Tsurugi was rather excited by the idea, as he, being rather weak, did need guidance through this world of jujutsu. Meanwhile, Yuka sat beside him, zoning out as she glanced out the classrooms window, reminiscing.

Grampa Yuta's ring, it belonged to her! He gave it to her himself! But it was taken by her mother, and given to her brother Tsurugi instead! Since then, Yuka had sworn to grow strong enough to claim the ring as her own once again. Maru, her alien friend, had received direct orders from the higher-ups to not interfere. So unless she intended to get advice from her brother, which she'd rather die than do, she'd have to learn from her new teacher.

Despite their differences, both Yuka and Tsurugi's heads snapped to the classroom door as their teacher entered. Both siblings could feel it, he was just... so powerful!
