In a Search Run for items, in the kitchen, in some random nightmare, hell, even in the room you and Cosmo basically lived in, you always felt a pair of eyes on you. And every time you did check you're surroundings (like a smart person), you found absolutely nothing. Sure, you saw a hint of red and green at times but you figured it was your mind playing tricks on you.

.. ahh, only if there was an award for being wrong..

Off topic but speaking of achievements, you and Cosmo found ways to survive in this hellhole of a place! With twisted's five times your whole size and with the speed of a bullet along with being terrifying to look at, I'd count it as trophy-worthy!

But speaking of gold like that, You and Cosmo were doing a search run for items because you guys were low on medical items and drinks. Once the elevator opened, you could already see a bunch of useful items on the floor! (Bandaids, a health kit, boxes of chocolate, and, as my own item, bottles of water.) But along with that, you saw him.
