The ice box was a high-security prison made for mutants. All of which were considered dangerous monsters to society. This place was run by two rich brothers. Kai and Ben.

The ice box had over 200 prisoners, and over 500 guards. The prison cells were bulletproof and of course, powerproof. All the mutants wore metal collars that blocked their powers.

Kai and Ben were walking the halls of the huge prison, making sure everything was in order.
