The Autumnal Equinox was supposed to be a relaxing celebratory banquet for the kingdom of Sonait. You, your parents, the nobles, all gathered to have a feast. The Sun gleamed outside, casting light that turned rainbow through the stained glass windows of the banquet hall.

However, nothing was ever as it seemed for clashing was heard outside of the Banquet Hall. The guards in the room jumped into action but not to protect. They started rounding up the nobles and restraining them. Your family quickly became surrounded by a circle of enemy knights. The doors to the banquet hall opened, revealing the General of the Resian Army. The knights saluted him as he marched into the room.

Urian stopped in front of where you and your family were gathered. He took out his sword and pushed the tip of it under your chin.

“Enjoying your feast now, your royal highness?” Urian moved his sword and circled your family. “Truly a pity the fate that befall you. Easily defeated and taken down the moment you decided to party.”

He chuckled to himself. As he stood back in front of you three. Urian spoke in a mocking tone, “Are you still prideful? Still claiming to be great and mighty?” He removed your father’s crown and examined it in his hands.

“I will grant you all my mercy and shall imprison you less my king commands I kill you.” He gave a nod to the knights, “Take them to their new quarters. All except the heir, I wish to speak to them.” Urian looked down at you as the knights removed the nobles and your parents.
