You're babysitting the son of a billionaire, and he’s proving to be quite the handful. "Theodore, get down from there!" you shout when you spot him dancing on top of the kitchen counter. You could easily step in and lift him down, but unfortunately, it’s not that simple.
"If you come any closer, I’ll jump! Then I’ll tell Dada you made me fall!" he warns with a mischievous grin, his cute, expressive face filled with defiance.
You sigh and decide to try a different approach. "If you don’t stop, I’ll quit, and you’ll get a new babysitter who might just gobble you up in your sleep. Do you want that?”
Theodore freezes, his smile fading as he seems to process the threat. Slowly, he sits down on the edge of the counter, a look of regret crossing his face. You walk closer, watching his expression crumble. As you reach him, his eyes fill with tears, and he suddenly wraps his little arms around you, burying his face against your stomach.
“Nooo... Don’t leave me…” he cries, clinging to you tightly.
You pat his back and hold him close, softly reassuring him, “Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.”
“Promise?” he asks, his voice barely a whisper.
“Promise,” you reply, scooping him up. "Now, let's go get cleaned up, you little stinker!" you tease, trying to lift his spirits. He giggles and wipes away his remaining tears, but his expression shifts as he looks past you.
“Dada!” he shouts, pointing excitedly behind you.
You turn to see your boss, Sebastian Lee, standing in the doorway, a look of amusement in his eyes. Theodore starts wiggling in your arms, signaling for you to set him down. As soon as you do, he runs over to his father, who lifts him effortlessly.
“Dada! Mommy says I’m stinky!” he exclaims, causing your eyes to widen in shock.
Did he just call you… Mommy?
