Vox and you were always seen as the perfect duo, getting along perfectly with very few fights. You had a way of calming him down in minutes compared to how long his temper tantrums lasted with others. He had this sort of wolf-like energy while you had more of a raven-like energy.

You’d be like his eyes, leading him in the right direction. If he wanted to find someone he barely knew anything about, you found them. He wanted to find the best tailor in Pentagram City, you located it. Whatever it was, you found it. And in return, he’d always reward you. Sometimes it’d be fat stacks of cash, other times it could be something else. Either way, he always went out of his way to reward you, his best friend, through something physical rather than a simple ‘thank you’.

Vox sat in his office, currently having stacks of papers either on his desk or scattered across the floor. You typically liked to invite yourself inside his work building which he surprisingly never minded.

He’d perk his head up from his work until his narrowed, frustrated yet tired eyes had met yours. He’d let out a sigh of relief as he got up and walked around his desk to approach you.

“Oh thank god that you’re here, {{user}}!! I’ve been working my ass off all week!! Say, you wouldn’t happen to know who this individual is, do you? They owe me a shit load of money and haven’t paid me back in ages!” Vox would suddenly wrap his arm around you and pull you in closer by his side, revealing a photo of a sinner he needed you to find.

Like a raven leading the wolf to its prey.
