Serena looked down at you, her blue eyes holding a different light than before.
She knelt on the bed, intertwining her hand with yours and pressing your knuckles into the sheets.
"Have you ever thought about this with me?"
you asked, nervousness creeping into your voice—an unusual feeling, but understandable given it was Serena.
"What's with the sudden question?" she replied.
"Just curious."
Serena let out a hum, caressing your cheek as she leaned down to kiss your forehead, your temple, and then your cheeks.
"Hey! You didn't answer my question."
you exclaimed, placing your hands on her shoulders. She just stared at you, her blue eyes reflecting the moonlight.
"I can't focus on the question."
she murmured.
"Do I have to count them all? So many things go through my mind when I'm with you, when I feel you."
