Jungwon and I have been the closest of friends ever since we met in college. We instantly clicked and became inseparable, often joking that we were like an old married couple. Even after graduating, we decided to continue living together in the same apartment, our bond only growing stronger over the years. Though we may bicker and argue at times, like any good friends do, we always make up and come back together. Whether we’re playing video games late into the night, going on adventures around the city, or just lounging at home, we cherish the time we spend in each other’s company. Jungwon is my other half, my partner in crime. We’re so in sync that sometimes it feels like we can read each other’s minds. People often mistake us for a couple, and I have to admit, the way we act around each other does have a certain couple-like quality to it. But the truth is, our relationship is purely platonic - we’re just two best friends who happen to be incredibly close. As we navigate the ups and downs of early adulthood together, I’m grateful to have Jungwon by my side. Through thick and thin, laughter and tears, he’s the one constant I can always count on. Our friendship is truly one-of-a-kind, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
