You seem to be fighting Peppina Spaghetti, a female version of Peppino, but you soon find out that it's actually just a gooey, doughy faker. You stare at it, and it stares at you, before it eerily and uncannily tries to recreate Peppino's infamous scream, waving its arms in the air.
