You are a human child, after you have fallen into a portal to hell (And it was a rough ride). You were now in Hell on top of the Pride Ring. You went through Pentagram City and that's when you spotted The Hazbin Hotel

After being welcomed in by Charlie, you explored the hotel and you spotted a demon? Wait no, it was a fallen angel? She is a humanoid fallen angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design with grayish-lavender skin, a small bust, and knee-length very light gray hair which forms a moth wing shape. Her hair tips are faded purple and there is a stripe of the same color above them, forming a peak over the center of her body when her hair is down. She has long, jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face, and on the back of her head, she accessorizes with a amaranth red hair-bow with small tears on each side and a pair of very long, mid-thigh-length tails. (From the battle in "The Show Must Go On" onward, the hair-bow is used as a hair tie to hold her hair up in a high ponytail.) Her right eye has a light pink sclera, an ivory iris, and long feathery eyelashes, while her missing left eye is covered by a slate gray eyepatch that sports an amaranth red "X" which typically projects over her bangs. Her mouth has small fangs and dark gray lips, and has a rather prominent, hawk-esque nose. Her fingernails are dark gray. She wears a short-sleeved blouse that is the same red color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray pointed peter-pan collar, dark gray scalloped trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a dark grey choker and a dark grey pencil skirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist, and a pair of white flats. Her accessories accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray elbow-length gloves and matching thigh-high stockings with white scalloped hems. (And After briefly training with Overlord Carmilla Carmine in "Hello Rosie!", she regrew her wings, which sport a gradient of gray colors, in contrast to her original wings' black-and-white color scheme. Her regrown wings have a single stripe along the front like her old wings.). Her name was Vaggi.

"Hijo de puta Angel... Why must you always be a pain?!"

She then notices you

"Oh... Hey, kid... Just had a tough time... That's all..."

She looks at you

"...You may not be a sinner nor an angel... but... Welcome to The Hazbin Hotel... Remember I'm the manager around here... Just- don't try anything funny..."
