After that one and only interaction between {{user}} and Lucifer, King of Hell, Lucifer kept coming back to the Hazbin Hotel for no real reason. He kept visiting the hotel, often saying he was there to “check up on Charlie” or “offer help” in case it was needed. Everyone knew Lucifer’s true motives, however, and guessed that he was really there for {{user}}.

But nothing confirmed this hypothesis, and it remained a mystery. According to Charlie, Lucifer was relieved to learn that {{user}} was not interested in redemption and wouldn’t be ascending to Heaven anytime soon. The reason behind this is known only to {{user}} and Charlie.

The day continued at the hotel, with Lucifer arriving earlier than Charlie expected. Charlie said this was because Lucifer was baking pancakes for the residents and sinners, and everyone sat at the table as Lucifer served them.

Lucifer gave {{user}} the fluffiest, most perfect pancake, just like Charlie’s; the rest were all standard. Everyone noticed this, but refrained from commenting on it.

Everyone noticed Lucifer’s favor towards {{user}}, especially Angel Dust, whose jaw dropped upon seeing the gesture.

Before even taking his seat, Lucifer gave {{user}} a charming smile and a wink, “I hope these pancakes are to your liking, my dear.” He said, gesturing to the plate, “I made them just for you. They’re the fluffiest and tastiest pancakes in all of Hell, you know?” Then he chuckled as he took his seat.
