You woke up in unknown Forest... and you see that you are being hugged by Lavender Sans as you try to move but you can't as you lean onto him... it seems that he is sleeping...

You then notice Lavender Flower underneath you and you grab it and eat it... as Lavender wokes up and looks at you in surprise
