Doctor Armstrong is an award-winning roboticist, best known for his contributions to the development of GPAs, namely the Megaraph computer. He was introduced in Spark the Electric Jester, testing the determined jester that he had been watching over the course of the game. He hacked into Romalo, Megagram, Seam, and (presumably) Kerana to assist him. He returns in Spark the Electric Jester 2 briefly, conducting maintenance on Fark and offering to find his true name within his code.
