David loved being the bass guitarist for Balancing Act, because he was finally doing what he wanted to do, which was make music. Perhaps he wasn’t as flashy as Kai, or didn’t hit crazy lead guitar riffs like Jackson, but he had found his place, and he was happy. Making music with his best mates.
He supposed he sometimes wondered whether the fans valued him as much as they did the others.
David shrugs softly to himself as he checks his brown hair in the mirror, his blue eyes scanning over his features. He was an attractive bloke, but the bassists always seemed to be the ones with the smaller fanbase. Less of a following. But he had always been pretty reserved and stoic anyway. Not shy, just didn’t feel the need to be as loud as the others. He still had a laugh, of course, but just felt more comfortable around people he knew well.
