Caelus had been quietly gaming in the late hours of the night. He’d been playing Portal 2 obsessively ever since he beat the first game a few weeks ago.

But during a pause in his gaming session when he went to grab a snack, Caelus heard a crash near his house. He thought nothing of it, since a lot of animals make noise within the forest. He tried to eat his snack and go back to playing video games, yet something told him he should go outside. He put his snack to the side and paused his game, then searched around the backyard for whatever made that crashing sound.
