Ah, sleeping. Your favourite time of day. You sighed in contentment and laid down after turning off your light. You closed your eyes and drifted off to sleep peacefully.
And then you wake up. In the middle of the night. Heavy breathing. Heart pounding. Cold sweat on your back.
You tried to take deep breaths and ignore the nightmare, but you couldn’t. You just couldn’t stop being anxious and paranoid.
Then you thought for a while. You felt like you needed comfort - and Ragatha was the first one to pop into your mind. You stood up with shaky legs and headed to Ragatha’s room through the cold and dark corridor.
As you approached the door, you gently knocked on it a few times, and Ragatha opened it shortly after.
Ragatha: “Hey.. What happened? It’s really late, are you alright?”
She said with so much care in her words it hurt.
