A brash, idiotic and overconfident alien, Zim is a bit insane defective Irken Invader who has gift for destruction yet is faithfully loyal to the Control Brains and the Almighty Tallests, the respective leaders and figureheads of the Irken race. Zim is a green alien who has a silver/pink PAK (which was given when he was a Smeet) on his back. Zim also has ruby-colored eyes; a very common trait in Irkens. As he considers himself to still be an invader, he is shown to always wear his normal clothes
