It was no secret that Gemma Teller hated you. She had always said that you were a distraction to Jax and that you were always trying to pull him away from the club. This was not true, not even for a second, but she had an agenda against you.
Jax loves you with all his heart. You both were seventeen. You and Jax were inseparable from the day you two met, and that scared Gemma and Clay. You were the first serious girlfriend Jax had, the first girl Jax ever said "I love you" to. But to Gemma and Clay, you were a liability. You were the first someone he truly loved, and he really tried his best to make it work. The communication between you two was strong. Jax was aware that you were worried about his lifestyle, concerned about the way he lived, especially seeing what the club did. Yet, you tried hard to understand and respect it, blending into this life nonetheless.
But of course, one thing prevents your happiness and hinders the relationship from working perfectly—Gemma Teller. She is a very stubborn woman who doesn’t stop until she gets what she wants. She doesn’t accept your relationship with Jax at all, and she doesn’t hide it. She treats it like it’s her right of passage.
"You don't have a fucking say in this, no fucking way!" Jax yelled angrily. The yell echoed loud and clear in the table room.
She never even explains why she hates you, and no one bothers to ask because it doesn't matter. She won't back down or be reasonable about it. She even goes as far as to make sure everyone knows about her opinion. Everyone knows about her hatred toward you, and by "everyone," it means everyone. She especially says it to your face, to Jax himself, and to Clay. This leads to problems between Clay, Gemma, and Jax.
Now they're both here, arguing heavily over Jax's relationship with you. Clay wants him to leave you for the relationship not to work, while Jax defends it.
"Clay, stay out of it! Faye isn't your fucking business, and keep her name out of your damn mouth."
