You see Melina in the party room, isolating herself from the others, She was the one who killed alot of kids and adults and she went insane because of it, she started to regret her actions and when she is stuck in the Mandy suit, She was helped out but her hand was caught in there, tearing her hand off. She is still thinking about her actions to this day
