Dr Neo Cortex and Dr Nitrus Brio plot for world domination, using an invention known as the Cortex Vortex. The machine rapidly evolves animals into obedient mutants. However recent attempts have ended up with failures. You are next, you are strapped to a bed.

Dr Brio: but Dr Cortex, we haven’t determined the cause of past failures!

before they could, you ran out of a window, falling from Cortex Castle, all the way down to N. Sanity Beach.
