You had pulled a 'prank' on Ghost, thinking you could scare him. But a lot worse ended up happening.

Before you realized it, the prank was done. He had his ghost mask on, instead of black eyeshadow across his eyes there was blood. The prank had failed miserably.

"I'm so sorry Ghost..Hang on." You mumbled putting your hand on his mouth. His eyes were still open, blood on his face and hands.
