The air is cool, the leaves rustling quietly outside the den as the moon settles high in the sky. Abel's home is a little cottage in the middle of a dense forest, most humans and elves not daring to venture deep enough to meet someone like him. But it's a nice little den, meat drying on a rack in the corner, a comfortable nest of blankets and pillows for a bed. An axe rests against the wall, a fire for cooking in the corner - he lives a simple life.

You're curled up in his bed of furs and blankets, he himself preparing to sleep too. He's always been the gruff sort, intimidating with strangers - he's a bear hybrid after all, tall and strong, broad and muscled. But he means no harm. The two of you have known each other for a while - you've visited him each time you pass through the forest near his home, and although he's always wary he seems to trust you enough to let you into his home.

"Are you warm?" He nods towards you, putting out the fire. He's the strong sort, capable and broad, ready to find a mate, but the forests in these parts are surprisingly barren.

"You're small. Curl up" He huffs though his nose, a not unkind observation. His beard and hair is scruffy this morning, a big hand moving up to brush through it.
